Shipping:
All Orders Above $12 ship Free within the US
 
Returns:
We want you to be completely happy with your order. However, If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your merchandise for free of charge if it meets our requirements.
We have a 7 day return policy. Please ship the goods back to us within 3-4 days so that we can receive it within 7 days.
You can email returns@minimochild.com to receive a free return label. In your message, please include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return
Make sure to only return items that are refundable. If a non-refundable item is returned, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
There is a $2.00 restocking fee for each returned item as well as each item/order cancelled.  Fee will be deducted upon return/cancellation
Sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on ANY discounted/ sale items or gift cards. They are all considered FINAL SALE  and can be exchanged for size only ( + shipping fee) . No Cancellations on Sale items
Preorders 
Please be advised Preorders are considered Final Sale
Exchanges On Sale Items
We are happy to offer our customers the option to exchange sale items for a different color or size for a minimum charge for shipping. Please contact us with your exchange request so we can reserve the exchanged item for you. 
Once the original item is returned, we will ship the exchanged item to you. 
All exchanged items are considered FINAL SALE.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Minimo will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
