We want you to be completely happy with your order. However, If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your merchandise if it meets our requirements.

* We have a 7 day return policy. Please ship the goods back to us within 3-4 days so that we can receive it within 7 days.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 * There is a $2.00 restocking fee for each returned item as well as each item/order cancelled.  Fee will be deducted upon return/cancelationhild.com
